Local B2B prospect lists
Go beyond one repeating search phrase. RESPOZI researches multiple relevant business categories and fit signals within the market you choose.
Coverage with control
“Businesses in Chicago” or “commercial cleaning in DFW” can produce thousands of results. A better brief combines geography with customer type, commercial fit, and useful exclusions.
City, metro area, county, state, radius, or another practical service territory.
The business categories most likely to need what you sell.
Location count, facility type, operating model, website evidence, or other visible factors.
Chains, residential buyers, existing accounts, poor-fit verticals, or other dead ends.
Local business discovery should use a family of related search concepts, not one phrase repeated indefinitely. A commercial-cleaning campaign, for example, might research offices, medical practices, property managers, private schools, warehouses, commercial kitchens, and other facility types—then qualify each candidate against your actual offer.
Candidate businesses are checked before delivery. The goal is a useful set of distinct organizations, not multiple locations or search-result variations counted as new prospects unless multiple locations are specifically relevant to the brief.
First test one segment with a consistent outreach message. After enough first touches, compare replies, positive replies, and bounces. Scale the segment if it clears your response targets; adjust the message if the segment looks right but interest is weak; change the segment or offer if the relevance signal is poor.
Start with one focused local segment.
